Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; culinary or apprenticeship preferred.
• Five+ years cooking experience preferred; hotel/restaurant background preferred.
• Food Service Sanitation certification; ability to obtain government licenses if required.

Responsibilities

• 65%: Prepare all food items according to recipes; ensure product consistency.
• 15%: Inspect storage and rotate stock; maintain clean, compliant work areas.
• 10%: Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items.
