A leading global hospitality company is seeking a PM Maintenance Assistant for its Hampton Inn & Suites in Savannah. The role involves performing various maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure the functionality of hotel facilities, in line with Hilton's core values of hospitality and teamwork.
Maintains the physical functionality of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-the-house areas. Performs a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry. Inspects guestrooms, public spaces, and heart-of-the-house areas for needed and preventive maintenance. Records and reports completed repairs and items requiring further attention or that necessitate placing a room 'out of order'.

Performing maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of hotel facilities, conducting inspections, and recording maintenance activities.
