Rancho Bellagio Post-Acute is hiring a compassionate Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for the night (PM) shift in California. This role offers a part-time option on the PM shift with a pay range of $29-$33 per hour, DOE.

The LVN will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team in a skilled nursing setting. Ideal candidates hold an active California LVN license and have strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current and active California LVN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight.
• Resident-centered care commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Uphold all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
