Job summary

Harvest Seasonal Grill in North Wales is seeking an experienced PM Line Cook to join our team. The position offers a permanent role with starting pay at $20 per hour and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced kitchen.

This role emphasizes teamwork, food safety, and consistent presentation, with shift timing aligned to service needs. You will prepare and cook menu items, maintain station setup, and collaborate with chefs and servers to deliver high-quality dishes in a hospitality-forward

Responsibilities

• PM shift begins between 3:00 PM–5:00 PM (start time varies by location/schedule need)
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, presentation guidelines, and chef instructions
• Set up, maintain, and break down assigned station for service
• Work efficiently during service while maintaining food quality and consistency
• Communicate effectively with the chef, kitchen team, servers, bartenders, support staff, and managers to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of station, equipment, and work areas
• Use kitchen equipment safely and properly
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and kitchen side work as needed
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
• Uphold Harvest’s brand, service standards, hospitality culture and policies
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other side work
• Perform additional duties as needed to support kitchen and restaurant operations
