Overview

We are seeking Cook I, II, and III to join our culinary team. Reports to the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs. This position is non-exempt.

The Role

You will work directly with culinary leadership, developing and executing scratch-made dishes, demonstrating basic culinary techniques, and collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Respect, humility, and open communication are essential values.

Minimum Requirements
  • Passion for culinary arts with diverse experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as a cook or higher
  • Knowledge of food safety; ServSafe certification required within 30 days
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to perform basic math and inventory tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, 100 lbs. with assistance
  • Prolonged standing and walking
