Oakmont of Redding, part of Oakmont Management Group, seeks PM Line Cooks for a full-scratch kitchen. Weekends required, shift 11:30 AM to 8 PM, with competitive pay of $17.00–$18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff.
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Subject to vaccination and screening requirements per regulatory guidelines.
