We are looking for the best Line Cook in the city! Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites (a dual property location).

Job Responsibilities:

• Stock stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service
• Keep your station clean
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely manner
• Assist with breakfast operations, including maintaining and ordering inventory, and monitoring expenses
• Maintain guest relations and handle guest complaints effectively

Qualifications:

• ServSafe certification (we will assist if needed)
• Kitchen/food service experience preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Team player with flexible availability for evening shifts
