  • Employees are eligible for employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance after 6 months of employment, provided they average at least 30 hours per week.
    • The employer covers 75% of the premium.
    • Dependent/family coverage is available at full cost to the employee.
  • Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL): Accrued and available for use in accordance with Washington state and local laws.
  • Unpaid Holidays Off: Employees receive 5 designated holidays off per year; however, these are unpaid.
  • Additional benefits include:
    • Free meal during shifts worked.
    • 25% off when dining on a day off.

Wage Range: $21 - $27 per hour (depending on experience), plus tip pool participation.
