Position: PM Cook - $18/hour

Role Overview

Prepare culinary delights for guests, ensuring high-quality food presentation and dining experience. Responsible for daily food prep in various kitchen stations, maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Prepare food following recipes, standards, and specifications.
  2. Manage food preparation timing and order assembly.
  3. Operate all kitchen stations including broiler, sauté, fry, pantry, and expediter.
  4. Ensure proper storage, dating, and rotation of perishables.
  5. Assist in inventory, stock, and cost control measures.
  6. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in food service.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
  • Ability to lift 20-40 lbs, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively in English.
