The Line Cook is the principle restaurant and room service, breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation, service cook. The Line Cook ensures that all food is consistently and properly prepared in a timely manner, and is of the finest quality. Special emphasis is placed on accommodating guest preferences, flexibility with work assignments, efficiency, quality, and social demeanor that contributes to a hospitable environment.

Previous cooking experience required. ServSafe or equivalent food certification preferred but not required

This available position is for the dinner shift. Availability of 2pm-11pm required. Weekend availability required.
