Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Support Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies throughout the hotel.
• Assist with guest room preparation by moving furniture, replenishing supplies, and helping maintain Coury Hospitality’s cleanliness standards.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other guest areas.
• Remove trash, soiled linens, and recycling from guest floors and service areas promptly and efficiently.
• Restock housekeeping closets, public area supplies, and housekeeping carts to ensure the team has everything needed for success.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects, seasonal tasks, and special assignments that help maintain the property’s appearance.
• Operate housekeeping carts, vacuums, and cleaning equipment safely while following established procedures.
• Monitor supply levels and communicate inventory needs to Housekeeping leadership.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged furnishings, and equipment issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and guest privacy procedures.
• Work closely with Room Attendants, Housekeeping Supervisors, Front Office, and Engineering to support efficient hotel operations.
• Take pride in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and teammates.

Education and Experience

Ability to push and maneuver housekeeping carts throughout guest floors and hotel public areas.

Ability to perform repetitive cleaning, lifting, and restocking tasks throughout the workday.

Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products according to established procedures.

Ability to work in guest rooms, public spaces, storage areas, laundry areas, and back-of-house locations while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
