Davidson Hospitality Group, managing Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and lead a team in maintaining pristine guest rooms and public areas.

You will ensure service standards, train staff, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest expectations while maintaining safety and high cleanliness levels.

Qualificações

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades
