  • Perform marketing duties, including upselling to generate revenue.
  • Provide excellent service and satisfaction to guests and visitors.
  • Follow security and liability measures to protect hotel assets.

Essential Functions
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
  • Greet guests warmly and respond to their requests.
  • Follow brand standards and loyalty programs.
  • Assist guests with information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
  • Maximize occupancy and revenue through operational and selling techniques.
  • Complete registration and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle payments securely and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with hotel departments.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
  • Manage reservations and guest experiences for events.
  • Follow safety and security procedures.
  • Operate front office systems and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Address guest complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Work flexible hours as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment.

Physical Demands
  • Standing for long periods, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to operate in stressful situations.
Qualifications Standards
