Job summary

Mayvin is seeking a Project Manager to support a Federal Law Enforcement mission in Washington, DC. You will lead the Partner Engagement Team (PET), oversee MOUs, verify time and attendance, balance workloads, and ensure quality assurance on documentation.

The role requires a 4-year degree with a minimum of 5 years PM experience, US citizenship, and an active Top Secret clearance. Availability for extended hours and readiness to engage with government stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Availability to work late evenings, weekends, or holidays as mission requires.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive partner relationships.
• Familiarity with law enforcement operations and terminology.
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Verify time and attendance and coordinate with USCP staff to manage shifts as needed
• Monitor PET deliverables to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies
• Manage responses to requests for information (RFIs) and ensure timely submissions
• Conduct quality assurance checks on documentation produced by PET members
• Assign tasks, balance team workloads, and track production from receipt to completion using designated databases and applications
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics to government personnel
• Draft clear, accurate, and grammatically correct reports
• Provide concise briefings and updates to USCP leadership and stakeholders
