Long Description

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $15.00.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
• Report any equipment issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Follow safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Protect company assets.

Job duties may change or new tasks may be assigned without notice to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, especially when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
