Dietary Aide Responsibilities

1. Meal Prep: Assist with food preparation, stock serving areas, and set up dining areas.
2. Meal Service: Support meal service as required.
3. Cleaning: Sanitize equipment, appliances, work areas, and assist with dining room cleaning. Use dishwasher properly and store dishes appropriately. Perform light cleaning of common areas.
4. Food Storage: Properly stock and store food and other items, maintain storage areas.
5. Resident Interaction: Be polite and helpful, responding promptly and professionally to residents' requests and inquiries.
6. Compliance: Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to use a dishwasher and record temperatures
• Ability to pass TB Test, Drug Test, and healthcare background check
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours
• Reliable transportation to and from work
