Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking reliable Custodians to support our operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting our commitment to sustainability, safety, and exceptional service.

Available shifts: Sunday-Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM and Wednesday-Saturday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM, at $18.00/hr. Duties include cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas; restocking supplies; and providing friendly, professional service to

Qualifications

Janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures.
Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
Must be able to answer and respond to phone calls professionally.

Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas.
Wipe and sanitize desks, counters, and high-touch surfaces.
Remove trash and debris.
Restock facility supplies.
Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Answer and respond to phone calls in a professional and timely manner as needed.
