Job summary

Dunkin' is hiring a PM Crew Member in McMinnville, TN to support afternoon and evening operations in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will serve guests quickly and with a positive attitude, prepare and package food and beverages, and keep the store clean and organized through closing.

Must be available to start after 2:00 PM, stay until store close (11:00 PM if needed), and work weekends as part of a dependable schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in customer service and teamwork is valued.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment during peak hours.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are important.
• Prior QSR or food service experience is helpful, but not required.
• Flexible scheduling with evening hours.

Looking to work afternoons and evenings in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? Dunkin’ is hiring PM Crew Members to help keep things running smoothly through the evening rush and closing time. Ideal candidates are available to begin shifts after 2:00 PM and stay through store close at 9:00 PM, with additional time for closing duties until 11:00 PM. Must be available on the weekends!
