Job summary

Dunkin’ is hiring a part-time PM Crew Member in Smyrna, TN, with shifts after 2:00 PM and closing duties until 11:00 PM. You will help with food and beverage preparation, guest service, and store upkeep during the evening rush.

Ideal candidates are dependable, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Weekend/holiday availability is a plus and training is provided.

Salary Range: $13.00 To $14.00 Hourly

Looking to work afternoons and evenings in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? Dunkin’ is hiring PM Crew Members to help keep things running smoothly through the evening rush and closing time. Ideal candidates are available to begin shifts after 2:00 PM and stay through store close at 9:00 PM, with additional time for closing duties until 11:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Required Availability

Must be available to start shifts after 2:00 PM

Must be available to stay until 11:00 PM to complete closing responsibilities if needed

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Prior QSR or food service experience is helpful, but not required
