Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming food product to ensure quality.
• Ensure the hot bar is ready for guests.
• Condense and refill as needed.
• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, and griddles.
• Clean and stock work stations.
