Job summary

Gundersen Health System (Emplify Health) — Tweeten in Spring Grove, MN — is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/TMA to join the team and work PM shifts. Part-time position offering 72 hours bi-weekly with duties including basic patient care under RN supervision, data collection, and safe transport within the medical complex.

You will document care in the electronic medical record, assist with mobility and safety, and participate in unit meetings and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Registered CNA required.
• TMA Certification required.
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Health Care Providers with hands-on learning required.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Perform basic patient care and assist with nutrition, mobility, safety.
• Accurately document resident care in electronic medical records.
