Job summary

KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP in Edmonds, WA is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Assistant to provide nursing and related services per each resident's plan of care. Qualifications

• Education to demonstrate functional literacy.
• Current CNA certification issued by state.
• OBRA/continuing education awareness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents per care plans.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding.
• Maintain resident dignity and rights; document care accurately.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control policies and PPE usage.
• Participate in in-service education and drills.
