Job summary

Door County Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Skilled Nursing Facility in Sturgeon Bay, WI. This full-time role covers the PM shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm) with rotating weekends/holidays, on-site only, and includes a 10% PM shift differential and relocation assistance.

Requirements include a Nursing Assistant training program graduation and Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry listing. BLS certification is required or obtainable on the job.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Nursing Assistant training program.
• Must be listed in Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry.
• BLS Certification required (can obtain on the job).

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care: assisting with personal hygiene, taking and recording vital signs, safe transfer techniques, restorative nursing.
• Assist nursing staff under RN supervision by observing and reporting resident conditions.
