Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a licensed CNA/STNA to provide resident care in our 34-bed Grand Haven facility. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily activities, and help ensure a safe, compassionate environment for residents.

The role is full-time on the 2nd shift with HERO pay eligibility. We value teamwork, strong communication, and a genuine commitment to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• CNA/STNA certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-minded attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and safety.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Record vitals and comply with documentation policies.
• Report any concerns or violations of residents' rights immediately.
