Richardson Renaissance in Richardson, TX is seeking a part-time bartender to craft and serve beverages with skill and speed, ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for.

Role requires preparing garnishes, maintaining a clean bar, handling cash and tips, and following liquor laws. Flexible evenings/weekends are expected; compensation starts at a base hourly rate with room for growth within the Atrium Hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of bartending experience (hospitality preferred).
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications or willingness to complete within 60 days.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of your shift.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, energetic personality with strong professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve beverages with skill and speed, ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with liquor laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area while restocking supplies and prepping garnishes.
• Complete daily opening/closing duties and accurately handle cash and tip reporting.
• Keep workspaces sanitized and follow all food safety standards.
