Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages and food to internal and external customers or guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. Direct, implement, and maintain a service and management philosophy that guides staff.

An integral part of the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg’s success will be attributed to this position, with a hands-on approach to guest satisfaction and team stewardship that will influence first and lasting impressions of our establishment.

Requirements:

• Prior culinary background within hotels
• Schedule flexibility is a must, as this leader will support all shifts of the food and beverage operation
• Excellent English communication skills, able to read, write, and speak fluently
• Hyatt brand experience is a plus

Compensation: $16 hourly
