Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Server to join our team. SHG remains committed to hospitality, respect, and authentic guest experiences as core to our culture.

In this role you will take accurate food orders, monitor service flow, assist with bussing tables, and support other duties as needed. Minimum high school education and at least one year in hotel/restaurant serving; food safety certification is preferred. Flexibility with hours and shifts required.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure buffet is stocked appropriately.

Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.

Assists with bussing tables

Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of High School education

Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role

Food safety certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to communicate effectively verbally
