Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Product Manager to lead Content Understanding Foundations, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how Netflix derives meaning from audiovisual content using AI. You will build scalable workflows for experts to review and trust the AI output, collaborating with engineering, applied science, data science, and design teams.

You will shape future use cases across search, discovery and personalization while ensuring high quality and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching impactful capabilities.
• Experience building AI/ML-powered products that extract meaning from audiovisual content.
• Experience building internal tools/workflows for expert users and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Experience defining quality and impact metrics for ML-generated output.
• Familiarity with taxonomies, ontologies, or structured metadata.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, applied science, and design teams.
