Job summary

Russell Plywood – a Division of Würth Baer Supply Company in Reading, PA is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate to perform plywood order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, palletizing, and forklift operation. This permanent, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 10–12 hour days and overtime after 40 hours.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a 14-Panel Drug Test and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Experience with a 3-pedal sit-down propane forklift is required.
• Handling heavy plywood boards and related materials.
• Ability to perform picking, packing, shipping, receiving, loading, unloading and palletizing of plywood orders.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, ship and receive plywood orders.
• Load/unload pallets and band/strap plywood
• Operate a sit-down propane forklift to move large plywood pieces
• Maintain safety and accuracy in handling orders.
