Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a friendly Store Associate for our Waldorf, MD location to deliver a hospitable shopping experience. You will engage customers, showcase current products and fashion trends, and help build trust through personalized service.

Responsibilities include supporting store operations, protecting assets, and following company policies while using mobile devices to assist customers. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience with proven performance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with mobile technology (e.g. registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Ability to move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.

Responsibilities

• Share and represent current products, fit and fashion trends to wardrobe, inspire and build trust.
