Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a friendly Associate to create a hospitable store environment through proactive customer engagement aligned with brand goals. You will help customers find the right fit and share current products with warmth and confidence.

The role requires sales or hospitality experience, flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, and comfort using mobile tools such as registers and iPads to engage shoppers.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology to engage with customers.
• Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities
