Lane Bryant in Matthews, NC is seeking a welcoming, customer-focused Associate to create a hospitable store environment. You will engage customers, share fashion knowledge, and help them feel confident in their wardrobe choices.

This regular/part-time role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will operate POS tech, stock shelves, and support store operations while upholding all policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology to engage with customers.
• Able to lift or move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds frequently; up to 50 pounds with assistance, may climb ladders up to 12 feet.
