Job summary

Lane Bryant in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Store Associate to create a hospitable environment through attentive customer engagement that supports company goals.

You will represent the brand with product knowledge, assist with omni-channel experiences, and deliver engaging service while performing store operations and maintaining safety. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with ability to meet performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient using mobile tech (Registers and iPad) to engage customers.
• Ability to adjust/move store fixtures up to 25 pounds; occasional heavier loads with assistance.
• Retrieve merchandise from high locations, up to a 12-foot ladder when needed.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Service: identify customer needs and build enduring relationships.
• Share and represent current products, fit and fashion trends to inspire customers.
• Support brand experience using resources to reinforce the Lane Bryant ambience.
• Operations: assist with daily activities; plan tasks to meet customer needs.
• Protect assets and maintain a safe work environment; follow policies and laws.
