Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a store associate in Norfolk to deliver warm, personalized service and represent the brand through fashion knowledge. You’ll engage customers, showcase current products, and help build trust while supporting store operations and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales or hospitality experience, excellent communication, and comfort using mobile tech like iPad to assist customers. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Service: Identifies customer needs & wants with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation. Uses company resources to reinforce the brand experience and facilitate/build strong, enduring relationships.
