Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Store Associate in Littleton, CO to create a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and a deep knowledge of fashion trends. You will contribute to achieving company goals by delivering excellent service and representing the Lane Bryant brand across in-store interactions.

The role supports sales and service, operations, and the use of mobile tools to engage customers.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology to engage with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
