Job summary

Lane Bryant in Saint Peters, MO is looking for a Store Associate to create a hospitable environment through active customer engagement and superior service that supports company goals.

You will assist customers in finding the right fits, share fashion trends, operate registers and iPads, and keep fixtures stocked while maintaining safety and store standards. This is a part-time role with growth opportunities across our brands.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred, with ability to meet performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient using mobile technology (Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Ability to move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds; heavier with assistance.
• Retrieve merchandise from overhead and use a ladder up to 12 feet.
