Job summary

Lane Bryant in Brentwood, MO is seeking a part-time Associate to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers to meet store goals.

You will help customers find the right fit, share current products and fashion trends, and use mobile POS to complete sales. You’ll also support operations and uphold company policies.

Previous sales or hospitality experience preferred; flexible schedule including nights and weekends; opportunity for development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Proficient with mobile technology (Registers and iPad) to engage customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
