Job summary

Lane Bryant Crestview Hills is seeking a Regular/Part-time Associate to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers with confidence. You will share current products, fit and fashion trends to help customers build outfits and trust, while supporting store operations and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

You should be able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and be proficient with mobile tech to interact with customers on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Proficient using mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
