Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Store Associate in Baltimore, MD to create a hospitable store environment and drive sales. You will engage customers with fashion knowledge, share product highlights, and build trust through personalized service.

Flexibility is required for nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with mobile tools (Registers, iPad) and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected. 401(k) and merchandise discounts are among available benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Lift and move merchandise and fixtures as needed, up to 50 pounds on occasion.
