Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems such as Sage Intacct or Bolt is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and provide daily directions to warehouse team members in the Plumbing division.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in maintaining productivity, teamwork, and adherence to standards.
• Verity inventory counts, reconcile stock levels, and adjust par levels as needed.
• Coordinate with Territory Field Managers to ensure materials are on hand for upcoming work.
• Enforce safety policies and SOPs to protect staff and equipment.
