Job summary

Comfort Temp is seeking a Warehouse Associate and Driver to support the plumbing side of our construction operations in Gainesville, FL. You will check in, verify, and sort plumbing materials for commercial projects, keep the warehouse organized, and help project managers stay ahead of back orders.

You will also make local runs to supply houses and drive to project sites as needed, ensuring materials are on hand for field crews. Prior plumbing knowledge and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing products and materials to check in and sort accurately.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking and accounting for materials.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Check in, verify, and sort incoming plumbing materials for plumbing projects.
• Keep the warehouse and material shed clean, organized, and fully accounted for.
• Identify missing materials, short shipments, and back orders, and communicate needs to project managers.
• Support day-to-day receiving, staging, and material organization.
• Make local runs to supply houses for immediate pickups.
• Drive to project sites to drop off, pick up, or verify materials.
• Stage and prepare materials for field crews and timelines.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report safety or service needs.
• Maintain records of materials received, staged, and issued.
