LaCassa Plumbing in Westmont, IL is seeking a full-time Plumbing Technician - Plumber to grow with a winning team. You can earn between $70,000 and $100,000 per year with steady work and the tools you need to succeed.

In this role you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, and install fixtures such as water heaters, sinks, toilets, showers, valves, drains, sewer lines, and gas lines. You’ll travel from home to customer locations and own each service call from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Illinois Journeyman Plumbing license required.
• 4+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Valid Illinois driver's license with good driving record.
• Willing to pursue continuing education.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems.
• Install fixtures such as water heaters, sinks, toilets, showers, valves, drains, sewer lines, and gas lines.
• Take ownership of each service call from start to finish.
• Travel to customer locations from home and work Monday–Friday with no on-call duties.

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR PLUMBING TECHNICIAN - PLUMBER

THE SCHEDULE:

Monday-through-Friday schedule with no on-call duties.

YOUR ROLE:

As our Plumbing Technician - Plumber, you will head out each day directly from home to customer locations, ready to evaluate concerns, identify solutions, and complete high-quality plumbing work. You will handle everything from troubleshooting and diagnosing issues to installing and repairing fixtures such as water heaters, sinks, toilets, showers, valves, drains, sewer systems, and gas lines. You will take ownership of each service call, delivering timely results while providing a level of service that leaves customers impressed and confident in your expertise.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Illinois driver's license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Illinois Journeyman Plumbing license
• 4+ years of experience in residential plumbing
• Ability to work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image
• Willing to work later hours when needed
• Knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and equipment
• Willing to pursue, develop, and participate in continuing education
• Strong communication skills
• Respectful and professional
• Experienced in troubleshooting, servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, showers, various valves, water sewer, gas lines, drains, water softeners, etc.
