1-Tom-Plumber Franchise HQ in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a Plumbing Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation and repair of plumbing systems in both residential and commercial buildings.

The role involves completing service calls, drain cleaning, and providing Good/Better/Best estimates on each call, with a target to generate substantial revenue for the franchise and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical and trade experience.
• ServiceTitan experience a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related service and install calls.
• Provide a Good, Better, Best estimate on every call.
• Serve the clients of 1 Tom Plumber by expertly servicing customers’ entire plumbing systems.
• The ability to generate $40,000+ per month in revenue.
