Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service and repair, including water heaters, fixtures, leaks, valves, and drain issues
• Diagnose problems and present clear repair options to customers
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Communicate with customers and office staff regarding job status and timelines
• Document work performed with photos and notes using company software
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Meet daily performance expectations while ensuring proper communication if delays occur
