Job summary

Broadway National Group in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced commercial service plumber to provide solutions to plumbing and drain issues, install and maintain pipes, fixtures, and pumps, and support the service team with pricing and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial plumbing, works independently, follows codes, and communicates clearly with customers.

A valid driver's license and willingness to on-call rotations are required as part of our growing field

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial service plumbing.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to think outside of the box for long-term solutions.
• Knowledge of regulations within the plumbing industry.
• Ability to properly use hand and power plumbing tools.
• Demonstrated customer service skills; excellent phone etiquette a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Pro-active, organized & detail oriented.
• Valid and clean Driver's License is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to all commercial plumbing and drain issues.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes including joints, valves, drains and pumps.
• Installing of new plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, etc.
• Respond and troubleshoot problems and provide cost estimates.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine appropriate work procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance as required.
• Support customer service team with vendor and/or customer escalations.
• Collaborate with service team and supply houses for materials and pricing.
• Educate and train the sales and service team to better their plumbing knowledge.
