Job summary

Speedy Tech Services LLC is seeking a motivated technician to guide customers through home service projects such as water heater replacements, repiping, and water quality installations. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality results while upholding our standards and safety practices.

The role requires willingness to work afterhours and occasional weekends, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must pass regular drug testing, background checks, and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to work afterhours and occasional weekends and holidays.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform regular manual labor.
• Basic computer skills.
• Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience.
• Follow routine verbal and written instructions.
• Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers.
• Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly.

Responsibilities

• Explain work to customers as you guide them through the tasks to be completed.
• Perform water heater replacement, water piping, and water quality installations.
• Complete work in a timely manner and to company standards.

Job description: Technician will walk customers through work to be completed like water and drain repipes, water heater replacement, water quality installations. They will perform all work in a timely manner and to our company standards.
