Nytech Heating, Cooling and Plumbing in Castle Rock is hiring skilled Plumbing Technicians to join a team of home service experts delivering peak performance for residential plumbing and HVAC systems. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and strong earning potential for top performers.

We serve within a 20-30 minute radius from Castle Rock, provide paid training, and cover nearly 100% of health insurance. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of plumbing experience, valid license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing experience (residential preferred).
• Valid Residential, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes, methods, materials, and standard tools
• Ability to service water heaters, faucets, leaks, and other residential plumbing calls
• Strong communication skills—keep the customer informed every step of the way
• Commitment to maintaining truck inventory and equipment for optimal efficiency
