Job Description:Plumbing SupervisorJenkins Plumbing Company is looking for an experienced and dependable Plumbing Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing plumbing crews, coordinating daily field operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.As a 100% Associate-Owned company, we are looking for a leader who takes pride in their work, supports their team, and is committed to providing quality workmanship.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and provide daily direction to plumbing crews and field personnel.Coordinate manpower, job assignments, schedules, and project priorities.Monitor job progress to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.Inspect plumbing installations to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards, building codes, and project specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and job-related documentation.Communicate with project managers, builders, superintendents, office staff, and other departments regarding job progress and concerns.Assist crews with troubleshooting plumbing installation and field issues.Ensure employees have the materials, tools, and information necessary to complete assigned work.Monitor employee attendance, productivity, performance, and overall jobsite conduct.Provide coaching, training, and guidance to plumbers, helpers, and crew leads.Reinforce company safety procedures and ensure safe work practices are followed on all jobsites.Address quality concerns, callbacks, and outstanding work in a timely manner.Assist with onboarding and training new field employees as needed.Review and approve employee time and other required documentation.Maintain professional communication with customers, builders, coworkers, and management.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious plumbing experience required.Previous supervisory, crew lead, foreman, or field leadership experience strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of residential plumbing installation and construction practices.Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans.Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and safety requirements.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple crews, jobs, and priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for team performance.Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.Must be dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who can lead from the field, hold their team accountable, communicate effectively, and help ensure every job meets Jenkins Plumbing Company's standards for quality and professionalism.The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, solutions-focused, and comfortable working directly with employees, builders, and management to keep projects moving forward.Join Our TeamAt Jenkins Plumbing Company, our Associates are more than employees — they are owners.
