• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
• Knowledge of National Building Code and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train field project teams to deliver projects on time and with high quality and safety.
• Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
• Coordinate production and meetings with general contractor and other trades to resolve conflicts and ensure customer service.
• Ensure installations meet quality and mechanical code standards and manage materials and personnel to meet schedule.

ABOUT THE POSITION…The plumbing superintendent position at Power Design is a critical leadership role responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete the project on time while maintaining a high-level quality, safety and customer loyalty.
