Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by completing calls correctly, adhering to codes and standards to avoid refunds and recalls.
• Adjust, repair, or replace sewage and sump pumps.
• Communicate the benefits of Club Memberships.
• Complete all service documentation, manage fees, and record-keeping.
• Provide accurate True Transparency pricing.
• Cut, thread, assemble, and install pipes; connect valves; caulk joints; test the finished job.
• Perform thorough plumbing inspections and communicate findings to customers.
• Perform all plumbing services in compliance with applicable codes.
• Repair drain, sewer, and water lines.
• Prepare detailed reports with pictures for customer discussions and repair options.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving diverse plumbing issues preferred. A High School diploma or GED is required. Valid driver's license and insurance approval are necessary.
